Planning Ahead: Pre-Planning Guide

Our Pre-Planning Guide is a convenient way to express your wishes to family members.  When the time comes to make actual arrangements, your family will know exactly what you wanted and will avoid the confusion, uncertainty and unnecessary expenses that come from making emotional decisions.

To use this guide, you must first have Adobe® Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.  (It’s a small, simple program.)  If you need this software, it is available for a free download here.  Once installed, simply download the Pre-Planning Guide to view the complete guide.

Print the guide, fill in your wishes and choices and store it in a safe place that is accessible to your family (not in a safe deposit box).  If you would like, you are welcome to keep a copy on file in our office.  Of course, you may update or change your arrangements at any time.

If you prefer, you may simply call us to have a copy of the guide mailed to you. You can also drop by one of our offices to pick up a copy.
